Developmental Care Services

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is the entity within the Department of Human Services (DHS) responsible for the oversight of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) services in Pennsylvania.

What is a DSP?

A DSP or Direct Support Professional working in our developmental care services assists individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. DSP’s are able to assist with tasks and goals outlined in a client’s Individualized Support Plan.

Here2Inspire provides certified  professionals in the home health care field for those requiring continuing care for chronic needs. Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and Developmental Disorders.
